What is the turnaround time from my shoot to receiving my photos?
Around one to two business days.

Can I bring my own hair and makeup artist or do you provide one?
This depends on you and what you are going for. Not everyone needs this, wants this, or can afford this.This will be discussed more in a follow up email after your deposit is received.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds unless there was a technical issue on my end. It's your job to convey clearly what you want to achieve with our time together. I send an incredibly detailed email with everything you need to prepare for a great shoot.

What is your reschedule policy?
You may reschedule once as long as there is 24 hours notice or more. Cancelling within 24 hours will cost an extra $75.00 to be rescheduled. 
No exceptions. 

But Brad, what if YOU have to reschedule? 
Because I am a working actor I reserve the right to reschedule your session if I have booked an acting gig that overlaps with your session. You will be given plenty of notice of course.
